When I started Non-Profit Operations Consultants (NPOC), I had one simple idea in mind: small and mid-sized nonprofits deserve the same level of strategic support as large organizations, without the overwhelming price tag or the risk of losing focus on their mission.

Too often, nonprofits with budgets between $200K–$5M are run by dedicated teams who wear too many hats. Executive directors and boards want to grow their impact, but they rarely have the time or infrastructure to chase new funding streams, streamline operations, or put long-term plans in place. That’s where NPOC comes in.

With more than 13 years of experience in the nonprofit world, I’ve been in those shoes. I’ve increased program budgets, expanded services, and built systems that help organizations sleep easier knowing their mission is sustainable. I launched NPOC to take that expertise and make it accessible to the organizations doing the hardest, most important work in our communities — especially those serving at-risk youth, human services, and education.
