About Greg

Greg Paninski is the founder and lead consultant of Non-Profit Operations Consultants LLC, bringing over 13 years of experience in both large, complex organizations and smaller, agile nonprofits. He’s worked across mental health, youth development, and education — leading programs, securing funding, and building systems that last.

Greg has experienced first-hand that in small to medium nonprofits ($200k–$5M budgets), capacity can be the biggest barrier to impact. Leaders and staff wear multiple hats — putting out daily fires while trying to plan for the future. The result? Growth stalls, opportunities are missed, and impact is capped.

His passion is showing that with a reasonable, strategic investment in systems, planning, and funding development, these organizations can move from good to great — expanding their reach and deepening their impact without losing sight of their mission.


Greg holds a Master’s in Education, has a proven record of increasing program budgets through diversified funding streams, and has designed innovative programs that reduce recidivism, improve outcomes, and strengthen communities. He lives in New Hampshire with his wife, three children, a dog, and a cat.
